| The Journal of Civil Defense (JCD) is the official quarterly publication of The American Civil Defense Association (TACDA). The JCD presents information about the current threats that we face as American citizens, and provides practical solution-based content that helps equip and empower its readers with the knowledge and skills needed in order to be prepared should they be faced with a large-scale emergency or disaster.
